No CIBIL Report refresh Option

I have valid CIBIL Subscription and its working smoothly till 20th June 2025 but after that there are no refresh option available there. Usually CIBIL provide score refresh after 24hrs of last refresh.
I contacted customer care through contact us but no satisfactory answer received..
