No Cashback On Purchasing Gift Card From Amazon

In march I purchased Amazon Pay Gift card using HDFC millenia CC, MCC code was AMAZON GIFT CARD MUMBAI
I used to get 5% cashback, This month I didn't get any cashback.




Can someone also confirm this?? Is it also true for SBI cashback and HDFC swiggy??

Check the reward points in your netbanking or app. You should see points updated there. Once your statement gets generated within 2 days points are updated online. Next Statement will show those reward points.

Yes previous statement had points. But this new pattern i am experiencing since last few months. This month also i got zero points in statement but they got credited in the account just that I can redeem them once next statement gets generated.

I'm not able to buy Amazon gift cards in Amazon app using my hdfc millenia cc, after I enter the cvv it is not diverting to payment gateway rather to a page where it says payment is pending after a few minutes I could see in the transaction that it failed, tried multiple times it's the same issue. Anybody facing this?

Hey buddy you did something for the points or they got credited within time.. cause k haven't recieved my reward points for the statement of july-august... The statement is showing 0 points and next statement is coming soon

Don't just check statement. Have you checked in hdfc app? You should see points credited in your account there for july transactions. Can you confirm this?

Yes because before August i had 1400 something points and no points were given for the two gift cards i purchased of 10k each summing up to 1k points
