New to the CC game

I currently hold a Regalia Gold credit card and HDFC UPI rupay credit card , which is backed by a fixed deposit (FD) and has a credit limit of ₹8 lakhs. My spending on this card is quite decent as well. I would like to know what is the process or route to get upgraded to the Diners Club Black Metal or Infinia card. Additionally, will having an FD-backed credit card with a high limit and good usage history help strengthen my case for an upgrade to these premium cards?

First of all tbh its not a game. Its related to finance and one has to pay more attention. Always clear the dues on time, do not play for next month.
