oh. had faced similar creatures at big bazaar in the old days. I had one line answer - "I dont take any card that is not issued by a bank"
But the picture shows "Tata cards". So there will be once additional intermediary other than SBICPSL ?

Since this is sbi website . maybe for reward redemption u need tata website ( if required) else sbi is bank issuer & control everything

SBI has a rebranded login portal for these named as Tata Cards and they send messages with the same sender name. So infrastructure is totally managed by SBI Card, Finance part I'm not sure.

plus if you look at rewards structure and benefits
not much difference between base Tata card & Tata Croma card
SBI thinks themselves to be too smart and customers to be idiots

P.S.- I have and use the base Tata Card bcoz I have a specific use-case for this card and so far have managed to reverse annual fees despite not spending requisite amounts
