Mine was also downgraded to basic for non usage. Yesterday I did transactions to get gems from basic 1% on base tier and then suddenly after a few txns got upgraded to superstar tier and eventually megastar

I have 95k money stuck on amazon wallet. I am not scared as long as they let me pay cc bills which I will pay on 5-6th Jun anyways.

But ya, I am not able to send it back to bank. It's fine though as I have huge payment coming soon in 3-4 days. But just to let everyone know.

If it technical error, it may resolve within 24 hours. Happened to my brother yesterday. Solved within 12hours. Amazon CC is worst in this regard.

it's fine, I am getting tempted to add even more money lol as I have bills to pay, but I hope I better be able to pay cc bills and those aren't blocked.

I have a weird issue which amazon cc isn't unable to fix. I have full kyc account but only can add money it gives device not eligible or wallet registration failed repeatedly. I can add until 1 lakh though which I did hopefully they can fix it. I raised it with them to 3 level higher. Their tech team is pretty useless.

IDFC is famous for blocking RP and freezing accounts

Also, amazon is letting me add money to wallet directly from amazon website via debit card with no fee. I went till merchant name and otp page, and merchant name was WWW AMAZON COM, should I do it directly or we have to use zomato only for this?

Check again ZOMATO gives WWW AMAZON IN not COM. I also saw it allows to add directly but didn't proceed as zomato is working well

Yes, it is in not com I apologize. Anyways, I have attached a SS below. Did 2 trxns directly at amazon, one was 150 and 2nd was 1000. I selected add money to wallet (not gift card), and it gave same merchant name as what zomato was giving.

But IDFC didn't give any points on these 2 trxns. IDFC is giving points only if added via zomato.
