New axis card in exchange Citi card?

Hi, Will I get new Axis card in place of my Existing Citi Rewards card post March 2023, once Axis-Citi deal gets completed?

Or should I close this Citi card as it is paid and useless.
I have already got Cashkaro 2K benefit + 5K voucher from Citi on welcome benefit.

As I already have other cards. Citi reward is useless to me also it is paid card with fee 1K + gst.

If I am getting any new Axis card in place of this reward card then only it is worth to keep this card.

I waited for two months and now got it. As per t&c and cc, within 90 business days you will get it 😅. So have patience.

I did eligible txn on 29 sept and got it on 9 Dec.

Yes, two mails. One contains link and second has pin.
