My Indian Bank rupay select debit card is not working ? 🥲

I need your review on Indian Bank service as I found their netbanking portal is looking better than other PSBs like BoB or PNB etc:

1. Branch Service quality
2. Overall server availability
3. UPI failures/UPI availability
4. Service charges
5. SMS alert/Email alert
6. Service requests TAT/Complain resolving

Slowest of all PSUs. Dc took 1.5 months to deliver that too without any tracking sms. In comparison, Cbi took 4-5 days. Rest other points are explained by many.

Branch is next to my home. Though dc usually comes from far off central branches still all my dcs combined time taken is less than Indian bank dc delivery time.

Got to branch. They know all the stuff and if branch people are helpful, you will get your work done surely in one go.

I don't know about others, but I applied yesterday and my virtual debit card was generated. I activated all the services and created the PIN through the app, but it's not working. I can see the full details of my card, but it's not working on websites. Even though the OTP is coming, the payment doesn't go through. 😅🥲

I spoke to customer care — they said the card is activated and they don't see any issue. They advised me to visit the branch.

I'm going to visit the branch today. Let's see what happens.

I applied for it yesterday and generated it instantly. It wasn't working at first, but now it's running smoothly.
I also redeemed the Prime voucher—ab toh physical card ki bhi zarurat nahi hai! 😅

I applied for it yesterday and generated it instantly. It wasn't working at first, but now it's running smoothly.

Offline because my current and permanent address is different 😒🥲.
But to activate your application you have to visit branch
