Yes, I did apply and got it 2 weeks ago, apply via the air india website. SBI website has glitches as usual

Most likely the option to apply is not available due to the merger between Vistara and Air India

From October 1 sbi has stopped issuing vistara and air india cards. Let me know if this link is still working. I can only apply after Jan mid
