Need ICICI Platinum Rupay Debit Card

Have Icici Normal 10k MAB account from 2years..using Visa debit card..need rupay platinum debit card
How to get it? Cant find in there website..
issuance and annual charges if anyone knows. Please tell

Last time I called customer care they told Sapphiro DC most likely will be issued in visa they are unable to confirm rupay issuance. Charges were high around 2000+GST so cancelled that testing.

Let me know if anyone got it recently.

I didn't give up easily. That guy was wealth customer care executive. I talked about it for about 4-5 minutes.

He tried to confirm, if possible, but later he told he cannot assure that it will be rupay. He said most probably gonna be Visa. He asked me to decide whether proceed or not.

Will take up this matter again when RM gonna call me next time. Otherwise I am thinking to close the ICICI account. They removed all pre-approved loan offer for me.

Both Chargeable if normal account.
Else, both will be free.
Keep any one of them after Friday Offer gone nothing left in RPDC.

ok thanks. my account is normal 10k average balance. so i think visa one is better. i will close rupay.
