Need help with new diners privielge card

Hi, I recently received diners privilege card something weird seems happening when I tried to use that in smart buy its saying

Please use a valid DINERS HDFC Bank Credit/ Debit card

anyone else faced this ,I am pretty sure I have entered correct card number

in mycards and netbanking its showing active only and PIN also successfully set , I have raised service request for the reason
