Need help with Hotel Recommendations - Mysore - ITC or Marriot preferred

thanks brother 🙂 distance isnt a big issue as we will be coming in own vehicle, but thanks again. any recommendation on places to visit? did i miss any good ones?

if you have own vehicle, ibis styles is not significantly far. from centre of city it should take less than half hour. It is quite peaceful (rooms will be comparatively smaller). they have a decent kids play area, rooftop poo. Same owner as Grand Mercure (Brigade Group) but I would avoid Grand Mercure which is quite run down. Else check Grand Serene.

Slightly deviating, but Marriott has signed an agreement to open a hotel in Mysore, same road as Southern Star (infact few dozen meters after Southern Star) but opening tentative might be 2027+. Also I think Radisson will be rebranded to Taj next year.

New Marriott near southern star will be amazing, close to heart of the city and hopefully not an ibis

Radisson isn't that fancy upto taj standards.
The rooms are okok. Would need a lot of renovations for a taj brand
