Need help: Good Salary account and benefits

My company is planning to ask all employees to open Salary account with Kotak

Kotak has offered the benefits (attached in the document below) for employees and upto Kotak White card as LTF.

I wanted to get your feedback on
1) What offers can we negotiate with a bank for opening salary accounts of 100+ employees
2) Any other bank provides better offers like Axis, HDFC, ICICI, AU or HSBC?
3) Can we ask for any other benefits apart from the mentioned?

4) If I get so many accounts opened for some other bank, Can I negotiate any LTF card?

PS: I already have Kotak White Reserve, ICICI Emeralde, IndusInd Indulge, etc.

It depends on 5-6 things mainly -
1-Your Industry ?
2- How much Disbursement monthly ?
3- Existing tie-up ?
4- Company's bank account/ transaction account/ business set-up are with which bank presently ?
5- Key benefits are you looking for tie-up ? LTF CC only ?
6- Have you got any other Bank's offer on the table for comparison ?

General answer for 100+ Salary Account
(HDFC than ICICI/Axis will offer).
