Need advice for upcoming Dubai trip with family

based on my trip can vouch for raffles palm (not near dubai mall, its on the palm), raffles downtown (didnt stay here personally but my stay at raffles palm was outstanding), sofitel obelisk (only with the club membership)

I didn't mentioned dates, names. So I assume it's alright.

It's basically a tentative itinerary. Nothing has been finalized yet.

Confusion is between Dubai & Singapore.

Been to Singapore last October. My personal choice is Dubai as there is more to do in Dubai for longer duration. However, I stayed 9 days in both Dubai and Singapore.

Things like Miracle Garden and Global Village do start opening from October but you should check their website for exact date this year.
Most other places which are airconditioned are open throughout the year.

Dubai is relatively hotter in October for day time outdoor touring.

Weather starts improving from Nov onwards till April - specifically for day time outdoor walking etc. In-doors is usually not a problem anytime of the year

October however is good season for waterparks there

If any of you could help me, I wanted to fly business class to Dubai.

I currently have following points:
Mariott Bonvoy - ~2L points
Amex - ~1L points
DCB - ~1.4L points

Can you please recommend the best redemption that I can do to get business class/first class tickets to Dubai for 5 people?

Is there any other better way to use these points as I've read that Dubai is not the best sector to redeem points. If anyone has visited Vietnam then can you suggest and recommend if I should redeem these points for Dubai or Vietnam?

Dec is a good month for Dubai..

Destination wise - Lots of difference between Both...

If you are not been in Dubai before... better enjoy their(in case going with family), doesn't matter if you extracted value as 1:1 1:.9 or 1:1.1

3 hours flight to Dubai from Delhi Mum or Bangalore, not MUCH difference in Business or Economy except "Getting Experience"
Emirates already have that standard.
That MUCH Point you can use somewhere else.

It's just that I've been sitting with these points for quite a while now so was thinking of using these points as I already have a trip to plan.

And I agree that business class is just an experience but I thought of having this experience as part of the trip as it'll be first foreign trip for my parents, so something very memorable.

But I guess you are correct as this is just 3 hr flight the experience will be short lived.
