Need a suggestion for card upgrade SBI, RBL

Hey TFians

I want your suggestions regarding card upgrade

I have SBI's Simply Click card,
and RBL's World Safari

Recently SBI Card gave card upgrade offer for ELITE card, and RBL for Insignia,

But both these are chargeable cards,
SBI ELITE fees 4999+ gst
RBL Insignia 7000+ gst

But I asked for joining fee waiver from both banks,
But Both refused to give waiver

So today SBI sent me an email saying that we can give SBI Prime without fee, but not Elite,

Now I want suggestion from you guys whether I should go with chargeable card,

or should I bargain more with both banks???

if you spend 10lakhs go for insignia or elite both spend based wavier and having joining benefits, good for movie offer , low spends around 3 lakhs prime is good

Insignia is good card among RBL cards , I too tried to get joining fee waiver but they were strong due to joining benefits of the cards.
If insignia vs SBI ELITE my suggestion is SBI ELITE

But SBI is not upgrading my card to Elite Card without joining fee while they are offering me Prime Card with Fee Waiver, and RBL are adamant on joining fee
