Hi guys,

account named "NDXP " is showing in my CIBIL Report ... not sure what it is ( it says personal loan ) .

but below are the only one i have taken till date
Existing loans : Bajaj OD since May 2023 - still active
Closed : Rupeek Federal bank Gold Loan : opened in August 2023 & closed in October 2023

it would be really help if anyone can explain what is this ?? whom to contact

I have already raised dispute in CIBIL .. got response to contact bank //// I am clueless

Most probably, liquiloans. Did Bajaj gave you loan in partnership with them? My friend also took loan from cred. Liquiloans was the one who gave him loan in partnership with cred.

I have only Bajaj Over draft in my name.. not sure if its related to it . above account shows date as Aug 30 whereas my bajaj OD opened in May 2023

Do you have any relation with UNI cards? For me uni loan is reflecting as NXDP.

- Contact LiquiLoans.(customercare@liquiloans.com,Support@liquiloans.com)
- Then contact their Grievance Redressal.(grievances@liquiloans.com)
- Contact Cibil and Experian.
- If none of the above works, go to RBI Integrated Ombudsman.

These guys only listen to RBI. They don't care about their customers.

Bajaj is itself a NBFC why they will use other NBFC's?
