Hi Guys,
I placed order on Jun1st.. As its not delivered till 25th Jun, I tried replacement option on june 27th.. that also not delivered.. I requested for cancellation on 28th.. that is also not cancelled so far!
I have contacted customer care about 20times.. I sent mail to support@myntra.com, customergrievance@myntra.com, No use. I sent twitter DM, they are just dummy bots.
As I dont see way to get hold of them to fix it, I posted in NCH, then I got call from one case manager on July 14th, asked me to wait for couple of days. Its been 15days, no reply yet.
Overall its almost 2months, no delivery, no update, no cancellation.
is it the time to file case in consumer court?
Any other way to get hold of them to solve this?
