What was your date/time of Myntra txn, and date/time of corresponding sms?

They did confirmed that the remaining 5x will considered for the same month

Yep. But I think someone on this thread in previous post got it in writing from HDFC that whichever month the points are given, it will be counted towards that month.

Yeah, I got the same merchant name.
Not sure if its eligible for 10x but I definitely did the payment via Smartbuy as on payment page it gave a disclaimer to use HDFC card for 10x points

No, you won't get the 10x point if it doesn't show via Smartbuy, so cancel it. I tried reordering from website and I got via smartbuy. You can try it.

Is this via PayZapp ? I got the merchant name once when i tried paying from PayZapp , didn’t proceed further and bought directly from the card and got SmartBuy merchant name

No. I used smartbuy on browser and they navigated to myntra.

Just a query, say I placed some orders of value 6000(and earn 1800 points based on 9X accelerated reward points calculation) and this is the first order of the month on SmartBuy, and then return the product due to some issue, yes the reward points will be clawed back, but will this reduce the monthly limit of accelerated points on smartbuy from 15000 to 13200? Or will it still hold as 15K?

it will reduce ofc. Also, just try to get it done before the month end otherwise it will be hassle to do more calculations.

Also let's say u cancel right and then do another order to get bonus 1800 more (as urs will be reduced to 13200), u might not get sms from hdfc abt bonus pts but in statement it will be corrected reflected.
