Ideally there's a SMS that comes to primary holders number for all Gyftr and Smartbuy txns , 3-4 days after the txn date like below:
"Reward Points Credited: xxx To HDFC Bank Credit Card xxxx On 27/MAY/2025 Towards SmartBuy_May25_Bonus_5X_RP_.........."

Yep, I checked and haven't received the sms yet. I usually do get sms for bonus but these pts came in just today, may be in evening I'll get, if I do, I'll post here.

I hate the fact that bonus pts sms comes only on primary RMN not for add on RMN. If the trxn is done on add on then the sms shd go to RMN for add on.!!

1. Will the base 5x reward points posted in June 2025 be considered under the monthly cap of Reward Points for June 2025?
2. Will the additional 5x reward points, if posted later (e.g., in September 2025), be counted towards the June 2025 cap or the September 2025 cap?

Got sms for 66k GV's, 47k trxn sms should come may be in 2-3 days, once it does, will post here.

My question for this sms below is, are these pts gonna get counted for capping of May month or June? Campaign says May25 bonus but credited on 3rd June. If someone has experience, please tell. Statement generates on 5th and usually is sent on email on 6th of every month around 7am.

Also the link sent to sms for bonus points where it says check here : , the link is irrelevant right as it takes me to useless eva hdfc bot. ?

47k trxn was done on 2nd June 2025 as I checked my myntra acc and hdfc, both says 2nd June.

Are you 100% certain? and I am curious why I got only 5 trxn sms and not 7. Points have already been credited for all though. May be it will come later?

SMS from HDFC for accelerated points has always been a hit or a miss. I have been using infinia for years now and lately in last 1year, I have often noticed sometimes I don't receieve the sms for the bonus/multiplier points.

Usually they come, but sometimes they don't.

Could be possible since I noticed the points on 1st June only. Though nevertheless even if that's the case, I ordered again ~48k worth of 5g gold on 1st june and thus should receieve ~7.5k this month for it and rest ~7.5k points in the next months whenever they get credited.

There isn't any way to confirm from customer care because they don't know half the time most of the things. They can see the points and tell me the origin of those points but they aren't sure about in which quota it will be accounted for since all they do is read their own TnC to clarify us.

@Viper1057 bro .. if you end up hitting just above 15k limit this month do let us all know if the March offer 5x did count this month or not?

Just checked my balance and it increased exactly 6,340 points. Exactly the 4x remaining for the trxn 47695. Haven't received the sms yet, may be in the morning.

So 1x+4x delivered but idk about limits. Anyone has experience? if the limit was reached, would hdfc still have credited the above pts even if they correct it in the statement?

Anyways, this is where things stand. Idk about limits or which month and on top of that bank can reverse this whole thing. Ugh, I am so screwed if this doesn't turn out how I want it to.

I have made excel sheet for every trxn. So when I got 10,305, i calculated the total bonus for recent trxn + base for 2 day old trxn, hence reached conclusion coz it was EXACTLY 10305 which comes the total of bonus for gv's worth 66k + base for recent trxn of 47695.
