Update for everyone folks.


I checked mycards and I can see my rest of the 5x points points for the purchase of gold in myntra 10x offer in March. 😜

So got kalyan 5g 24kt gold coin effectively for ~31k in March.

My statement will generate tomorrow, so can confirm if the rest of the 5x points are counted in June month smartbuy accelerated limits or of March

So apparently the points doesn't show under breakup table which has a heading: "Rewards Program Points Summary"

But it does reflect the value of 7.5k of extra RP in "Feature + Bonus Reward Points Earned" column of table which has a heading: "Reward Points Summary"

This case & breakup in statement is same for another friend too who also has his statement date of 2nd of billing month.

I guess this tells us that either the rest of 5x points are being counted in March quota (but in March statement I only had 5x mentioned in statement) or this rest of 5x isn't being counted in either of month since I got to know from my one friend who used his whole limit in May yet received all the points.

Could be that these are counted in June? Since you mentioned it got credited on 1-June?

Since @Viper1057 mentioned that he got the extra 5x on 1-Jun, hence it might get counted in June.. only he or bank can confirm 🙂

You must have got 7k in March only since 5x gets credited in 3-4 days and rest 5x after 90 days

If they consider the month in which the points are credited, I'll get full 14K points. If they only consider March month, I should get 60 points. But I received neither 14K nor 60. 🫠

Better write to customer care to check why the extra RPs are not credited till now.

I did transaction of Rs 24,267/- on Mytra from smartbuy. but I received only 1x points (805), instead of 5x (as expected in 1st installment). Transaction does mention "Myntra via Smartbuy"

Is this how we are supposed to received RPs ? Can anybody confirm ?

Could be possible since I noticed the points on 1st June only. Though nevertheless even if that's the case, I ordered again ~48k worth of 5g gold on 1st june and thus should receieve ~7.5k this month for it and rest ~7.5k points in the next months whenever they get credited.

There isn't any way to confirm from customer care because they don't know half the time most of the things. They can see the points and tell me the origin of those points but they aren't sure about in which quota it will be accounted for since all they do is read their own TnC to clarify us.

If we shop using millenial dc do we get 2.5% for online shopping upto 400 dc rewards + 10% smartbuy points upto 1k
Which will be credited after 3 months ?
Am i right or missing something ?

Yeah seems 2k points per day and 4k per month as per Payzapp page which also includes other smartbuy multiplier... So max 1k benefit in a txn.

Daily limit for multiplier RPs is only 2.5k and 7.5k for whole month. So while i dont know the date u will get base + 2.5k points max
