Update for everyone folks.


I checked mycards and I can see my rest of the 5x points points for the purchase of gold in myntra 10x offer in March. 😜

So got kalyan 5g 24kt gold coin effectively for ~31k in March.

My statement will generate tomorrow, so can confirm if the rest of the 5x points are counted in June month smartbuy accelerated limits or of March

You can only check the total current number. I was keeping the track since last couple of weeks, you can even see my posts in this thread asking other folks if they got the rest of 5x points yet in last few weeks

As of now smartbuy portal doesn't reflect the rest of myntra 5x points to me. But mycards shows a jump of 7.5k points (effectively the 5x points I was waiting for).
I didn't had any other smartbuy accelerated purchases and one of my friend also got it and he called hdfc customer care to confirm and they said its through smartbuy march offer.

You can only see the breakup of points earned in credit card statement

did you buy gold alone or other stuff with gold? and did you hit your 15K accelerated capping in March?

Can any one tell me how many points will I get?

Also I used a coupon "Missed You" savings Rs. 300/- will it affect my points?

I was planning to apply for upgrade next month from DCBM to Infinia (based on spend criteria in last 6 months and some increase in salary too). If I make a purchase now, will I get the points on my Infinia account (assuming it gets approved)? As the 5x points will be credited after 90 days?

I could find the following lines in T&C, but not sure how to interpret.

Eligible benefits for this promotion (such as Reward points / cashback) will only be posted to accounts that are active at the time of postings.

Benefits will not be posted on credit card accounts which are permanently delinquent or closed at the time of posting.

Also a separate question, how are the DCBM points transferred to Infinia account after the upgrade? 1:1 ratio?

Also whenever accelerated points are given, base rewards aren't applicable right ?
Like 10x includes the default 1x and additional 9x.

Got it. I meant since base reward points are included in acceleratedd reward points, it could be that the 5% base cashback is included in the 10% cashback ? Just a thought not sure though
