so there is gold deal going on currently on myntra. I wanted to know, if I do the trxn (using web browser laptop) direct with the card as GV's are in denomination of just 1000, so if i do direct trxn on myntra (I have already tried doing and reach otp page it shows MYNTRA VIA SMARTBUY, SS below) so will I get 5x??? I use Payzapp for this to be safer. But I’ve always got 5x for this merchant name.
You can cancel the order if you don’t get the 4x points in 2-3 days.

How do I know I got the 4x points? Usuaully one get's sms right? Atleast on my regalia gold that's what happens.
I on the other hand have an infinia but it's an add on , on my name where my brother is primary. I am guessing the 4x sms will go to him?
Anyways, the trxn will get delayed anyways as BLINKDEAL 8% coupon got disabled (offer was till 2AM), total discount was 16.6% on infinia + 8% coupon, whooping 24.6%.

yep, just asked him, he got the sms. Anyways, if I goahead with myntra (granted if coupon comes back), and I make the purchase I have few questions :
Gold purchases are cancelable? If yes, then doesn't myntra go on loss as many a times delivery is scheduled for 2weeks for such orders and if price of gold goes up in the meanwhile, they/sellers lose money?
Also, what if order get's delivered, and we do get sms, and later after few months hdfc reverses the points?
Interesting part is, hdfc, there are 2 smart buy links for myntra/infinia t&c, first https://offers.smartbuy.hdfcbank.com/offer_details/smartbuy/15282/Zmilm2U= which has mentioned the gold purchase are not eligible and 2nd link https://offers.reward360.in/infinia/terms_conditions which doesn't mention anything about gold purchase.
Also there is a myntra link https://www.myntra.com/smartbuytnc which inside directs to 1st smartbuy link.

90 days is being completed after 15 june i guess then rest 5x would be credited in jun statement?
Let us know if you get 5x via direct purchase ..I dont want to add 1000/2000 vouchers 50 times in myntra

I feel GV's might be the safer option because let's say even if HDFC goes give 5x, they can reverse it later, they have a history of doing that anyways. Adding vouchers might be inconvenience but a safer bet.
I was thinking of making purchase of coupon of 8% is gone so not sure if I should goahead with this.

So I went ahead with the purchase via gift cards. For some reason I wasn't able to buy more than 20000(1000x2[twice ordered]) thru payzapp, so I bought the rest via web browser.
But payzapp shows diff merchant name and browser shows different. Both starts from GYFTA SMARTBUY in it, will it create any issues? Used primary cards and 2 add on cards (pending/stuck issue on browser).

You can check previous replies. I have replied. I am quite sure you'll get it but looking at hdfc past issues, they do reverse the points too sometimes. So GYFTR is a better bet. Idk about swiggy card though, My card is infinia.
Mynta 10X offer is back on SmartBuy/Payzapp

Gold clause gone. So we can purchase gold I guess. We all should keep a full page copy of these t&c if hdfc decides to bullshit later.
