My CKYC on CKYCINDIA portal shows 2 CKYCs with one Mobile number. One with BAJAJ my latest Consumer Durable loan provider. All my CCs, Saving Demat account has this same CKYC no.
Second CKYC with IDFC. I took IDFC CC in 2024 via online process with VKYC.
When I checked CKYC details in IDFC app I noticed that IDFC has one letter wrong(L instead of I) in my PAN detail.
Is surrendering IDFC Card be a solution to this multiple CKYS problem?
Does anyone else had this problem? Please help me where to start complaining. I want this problem to be solved as quickly as possible.
