MR reward multiplier Gyftr points not credited?

Hi Members,

Bonus MR points for Gift vouchers purchased through Amex Gyftr used to get credited instantly once the amount is posted. However, points are not being credited now and customer care says it takes upto 150 days.

Is anyone else facing the same issue?
