Mobikwik ZIP destroyed my CIBIL

Today i found out that Mobikwik Zip and Hero Fincorp has reported a late payment and overdue amount of INR 269 on my CIBIL report. I have joined mobikwik in december 2023 and only 2 bills are generated as of now.

Both the bills are paid 4 days and 1 day before the due date and in full.

What can i do now?

I have sent them an email.

Raise a query with mobidick and fincorp. If they have not solved in 30 days from mail.

Mail to rbi bo and ask 100 Rs per day as compensation .

But won't closing zip further affect cibil. I too have outstanding..they have waived off late fees .hope it doesn't show as settled

The same happened with me. This happened after MobiKwik changed their bill cycles from 15 days to 1 month period. I raised a dispute but no help. cibil employees are always high on drugs they said that the lender is right and I didn't pay my bill on time

raise with mobikwik and with the lender (NBFC) if they do not respond within 30 days move to RBI Ombudsman they will cater to your concern and force mobikwik to take corrective actions.
