Mobikwik refund related query

@TechnoFino I had done a transaction on 17 Jun 2022 of rs 924 on Flipkart groceries(but order not placed) via Amex Blue card issued by Mobikwik. And now that amount is stuck somewhere, I had complained to both the parties but no response from Mobikwik and flipkart said contact Mobikwik, we have issued refund. What to do now?

contact Flipkart get refund reference number, then contact mobikwik with that.
