Mobikwik payment failure from hdfcbut returned in icici credit card

Hi today i tried making payment for my hdfc tata neu credit card from mobikwik app with hdfc debit card. Amount debited but in mobikwik transaction history it shows payment failure andi. Refund it shows icici bank credit card. What to do now i dont have any idea of this icici bank credit card. Need help

Refund will be initated to your original payment source only.

ICiCI is Mobikwik Banking Partner to Process CC Bill Payment, that is why it is showing, Refund from "Credit Card_ ICICI".

They will refund in 2 days. Max 7-10 days. That must be their payment issue. You can't do anything just use another app for payment.

when you make cc payment using other credit card in mobikwik.

do not use any mobikwik coupon.

I tried this twice. payment get failed when I use coupon code.

It's not based on coupon code, this is because of the destination bank doesn't have a proper system to accept third party vendors like Mobikwik, PSU banks are best example for 100% failure rate using mobikwik. My personal experience with PNB.

I don't know about that. it just when I select cashback coupon while making payment. transaction always get failed.
