so in total I should have received 247 points

we get 194 if we add 119.41& 74.95, 5% of my 1054rs purchase is missing.

I think, 194 is of previous month statement total cashback. Check once.

I think the transaction i did on last day of june and entire July one pending. Initial transaction of July got credited i think based my calculation.

3162 ka 5% kitna hota hai??? Jara fer se calculate karke dekhiye.

Hdfc calculate cashback on monthly basis and shows in next month statement. Check 2-3 consecutive statement. Hopefully you will get the clue.

Now we get points in next month statement for redemption for last month purchases that is one month delay but points are added in your account online.
