MILLENIA debit card cashback not credited

Last month I loaded my payzapp wallet via MILLENIA debit card. But 1% cashback is not credited in my hdfc net banking --> debit card enquiry--> cashback and redemption.
Also I bought train tickets using payzapp wallet via Smartbuy. But 5% cashback is not credited. Any help appreciated.

When did you redeem the cash back points?

5-6 days before.

I have redeemed the Millennia DC cash back reward points on previous Sunday but still haven’t received the cash back on my account. Should I wait or mail the customer care? Earlier, I used to get the cash back after 2-3 Hrs. after redemption.

I have just received the cash back after contacting the customer support on Twitter within 1 hr. Message them on Twitter using your registered mobile number & tell your concern regarding cash back they will act ASAP.

But I think it's common issue which gets resolved automatically.
I redeemed platinum debit card points on 8th March. Generally for me it gets credited on same day or next day. But if it does not happen then consider it's taking time. After your above message, I checked my account and see cashback credited for my platinum DC.

Haven’t happened with me before as it was taking so much time so I did message the customer support via Twitter & guess what Voila! cash back was credited within 1 hr. after contacting the customer support via Twitter.
