Are we getting 5% cashback now days, by purchasing Amazon gift voucher through HDFC Millenia credit card?

I heard somewhere that it has stopped now due to changes in transaction code.

Can anyone confirm this please?

1) what's the best place to buy Apay vouchers now? Payzapp gives 3% after fees. Anything else?
2) What's the best way to buy Amazon Shopping voucher for a gift to my cousin and get 5%? I tired on Amazon but no CC option available.
