Membership Fee charged on Life time free card

I applied for Tata Neu Infinity card on December via Year End Life time free offer. During application the card was shown as Life time free card. My application was approved and I received the card. Now 5 months later HDFC charged first year membership fee on my last months credit card statement. I have mailed to grievance team today. I have Life time free offer screenshots which were shown to me during application.

The social media team raised a service request on my behalf.

I received an email from the Card Services team regarding credit card pricing and membership fee reversal. It said they’ll revert by 15th May.

Bruh I stopped checking my statements, now will need to do that

I received an email from the Card Services team regarding credit card pricing and membership fee reversal. It said they’ll revert by 15th May.

They said they will revert back by may 12 and on May 12 they mailed me that they are still looking into it and will revert back on or before May 16.
