I see that in majority of the hotel property 1 bonvoy point is equivalent to 0.5rs...Is this because currently offer is going on for purchasing bonvoy point till April ..... previously they were equivalent to 1rs

Max I got in last year is 80p yes sometime we get upto 1rupees

My friend recently booked a hotel in Kolkata whose MRP was 32K shown on website but using points, he booked it for 28500 and got around above ratio of 1 (points/charge).
Is this a good conversion for stay or it can go higher?
