Make Rent Payments Cheap and Easy AMEX Cards

Hi,

Great news! Housing.com now accepts rent payments from AMEX Credit Cards, offering a more convenient method for transactions.

It appears that this service is currently available for two categories: "Home Service" and "Education Payments."

A beneficial option is to consider their Credit Plus Subscription, which reduces convenience fees with each payment. By selecting the "Education Category," you can enjoy a flat 15% discount on fees, lowering the convenience fee to just 1.4%, the lowest rate available. I did total transactions of Rs 60,000 and everytime it went through unlike mobikwik which fails most of the time.

To get started, feel free to use my referral link to access Housing.com
Use my invite code "40ifh" while making your first payment to get instant discount up to ₹300. 💸
Install the app by clicking here ➡️ https://bit.ly/3TtitEt & select “Pay on Credit” on the first screen.

Its only allowed 10 k per month .. Right ? I have to plan to top up the amazon pay for 3 months before if my insurance is at 30 K? Is that correct understanding of mine?
I'm getting 25k per month as limit. It varies for everyone it seems. You too should check yours.

Also Housing.Com is nudging people to make more fees payment. How can someone pay fees multiple times in short duration. I will not be surprised that they actually want people to transfer to anyone under education tag since they would have negotiated a lower markup fee with amex.

But can amex, visa etc take action against card holders if they make non-education payment under education tag ? These folks from app companies need to be punished for creating loopholes intentionally. otherwise genuine folks get distracted and their cards are blocked.

In what time frame did you make all these payments?

And since you have experienced it thoroughly, I will rely on it. Thanks for updating with this.

I did with my MRCC it went through, what category you used? it works on education and home services only. Maybe server was down. You can try again
Well guess what. ? My housing .com account has been blocked due to suspicious activity. So nothing is going through. I kept trying to make 20k payment and it never worked.
So here is a cautionary tale for anyone else trying.
