Yes sir, check this:

I got upgraded as well just on call, never maintained more than 12 lakhs, and opened account on 4th Oct, so definately on AQB criteria(don't know how they calculated anyways). Damn never the less.

Nothing sir, I did raise an email to my RM and he raised to backend few weeks back but I don't think he actually did anything in reality, because he never called me back or ever replied to my emails. Though just a day before getting the upgrade I did randomly got call from my branch manager but it was a general checkup, nothing serious.

Sirji..you were among the 2-3 exception cases..Most of us had to go for TRV

There are few other folks who got it on AQB and who opened account around 7-10 Oct as well.

Yes that's why I am shocked why you are not qualified and to be honest in between October 2nd and November 2nd week, I got 2 credit cards as well (Samsung Infinite & Atlas).

Sir RM is not sufficient. Write an email to Amitabh, PNO and Premium copying RBI and judiciously call 2 times a day and ask them to connect to escalation desk.
If Viiper is fine you can DM him and take his mobile number and mention account registered with this Mobile got upgraded why not me

Those who already hold M4B and received Sep Accelerated ER, is it in M4B bucket or normal bucket? (and also specify whether trnx was done using M4B or normal Magnus)

Spends were done through old Magnus.

I received the points for Aug mile stone and 7 lakh spent in the standard bucket. Somehow I have around 2k points in the Magnus bucket. Now If I try to do a transfer it shows that I can transfer only 2k points. Don't understand what is going on.

I paid advance bills for most of the expenses coming in the next few months. I spent all the 7 lakh using the new burgundy Magnus Mastercard. Still, points are in the normal bucket.

For me it's showing edge reward points as well as magnus burgundy points.
Somehow it does not give me option to redeem edge rewards but only burgundy points (and my edge rewards did not covert to burgundy, that said I see more burgundy points than I am eligible for based on spends made)
Are folks also facing this issue ? I have been using magnus burgundy for 10+ days now .
