After several attempts in normal mode, Using Guest mode in chrome worked for me to transfer points.

you would have got the points refunded immediately. did you check ? Transfer to another partner if you don't want to risk losing 5:4 !

I had a similar experiences in early August, in my case transfer to old ID was successfully processing. One of my transactions failed for new ID but luckily I got the points reverted immediately.

yes, i just got the points visible in the web portal, but all the transfers are failing (CV/ITC) don't know why 🤷‍♂️

i don't see an option to activate the OLD id and deactivate the new ID anymore, there is no unlink button

Should be there under linked partners, if not then maybe axis changed something recently.

yep, i tried adding another partner just now and can see an unlink option but don't see unlink options for old existing accounts. tried transfer to accor itc vistara, all failed. i don't see points in my app, but they are visible on web portal and that too only after i go to some other page, like my transactions, so maybe they are not fully credited or something, no idea. i will have to transfer with 5:2 ratio now but it is still worth it with accor
