Magnus: Are fees and GST included in the calculation of spends for waiver?

I am sure the joining fees, foreign currency markup fees & GST do not get ER
My questions are:
a) Are foreign currency markup fees & GST on that included in the calculation of the monthly milestone?
b) Are they included in computation of the annual fee waiver i.e. do they contribute to the 15 lakh or not?

Yes it is counted because u have paid for it during se.gold purchase u won't get milestone but only edge reward
