It all depends on the lounge staff (If you talk with them).
Can try to swipe the debit card without saying anything.
*For international lounge or lounge in international airports (debit cards will not work) ?

For Lounge outside indian soil
For lounges in out-of-india, you will need priority pass card or dreamfolk card, or credit card.
If its not in your name, they will not allow.
*On the other hand, if you have dreamfolks account, you can give them the card + create a qr code as well, and then ask them to TRY (This is never 100%).

I have rupay platinum debit card from BOB, BOI and Canara Bank. There is 1 lounge access available in each card per year for International use. I want to give this to my wife
I myself use priority pass with Business Regalia and Federal Celestia
If you travel together, then the lounge staff will allow.
As i have used many cards in my name, for lounge use, for my wife's lounge entry. And the lounge staff accept it happily everytime.
If not travel together, then its upto the lounge staff.

That's kind of strange. The premium debit card doesn't have these benefits. Did you use it earlier?

These cards come with priority pass or what? I mean how to access the international lounge? Just swipe or there are other conditions.

Its comes under Rupay so no priority pass directly with card. Private banks dont give this nowadays, check bob debit card, boi, indian bank, canara bank debit cards

I read but I don't know how does it work. Can you please tell me about this? Experiences. The Rupay will not work at overseas lounges.
Different rupay cards have colab with jcb and diners network.
Check the back of your rupay card to check which colab it has with.
During international lounge visit, you have to say that.
1. Earth Lounge Intl T3 Departure
2. Indusind bank uses domestic lounge access with dreamfolks, so yes.
