HSBC Premier MasterCard has 6/Qtr not 6/year. Also a separate and same quota available for add-on cards.
Update: From Dec 1, 2023, The primary and add-on card holders get unlimited domestic and international lounge access with 8 guest visits per year.

This list is missing Atlas card - which has 4 to 12 guest lounge access. Any other card that gives good guest lounge access but missing in this list?

Are you sure add on card holders also get unlimited domestic and international lounge access? It's not mentioned on the hsbc website. Where did you get this information from?

I wouldn't believe the customer support completely unless they give it in writing via email or its mentioned clearly on website.

When I had called customer support a week back, they didn't have full information about the new benefits of premier metal credit card. The executive was floundering and said it's best to check with my RM for more info. 🙄

did you call Premier customer support? When I called last week, they clearly explained about the recent updates of the benefits.
Also, they answered this question in chat with support, so technically they have written it, but I cannot take screenshot from the mobile app.
I have applied for an add-on credit card recently and the benefits were mentioned by the employee in the email. I have also registered the add on card with LoungeKey.

Yes I had called up the premier customer support last week. It's great if the add on card holders also have unlimited lounge access domestic and international. Do add on cards also get 8 guest access or is it only for primary?

HSBC has updated their terms and conditions for premier master card credit card on their website.
Only primary card holders can avail unlimited international lounge access and 8 complementary guest visits per calender year. Add on card holders don't get this benefit.
However primary and add on card holders both get unlimited domestic lounge access.
