Looking for suggestions to redeem MR points

Hi guys,

I have 34k MR points and want to redeem them for best value.

I know in Gold collection redemption for AGV, I would get 1Re = 3 MR, is there any other way where I can fetch more?

Like if anyone wants to buy MB points? As I am not a frequent traveler so not needed MB or airline mile conversion...

Use for agv if no travel
I use it for Marriott transfer for better value
