Looking for Mid/Premium credit cards based on CAS statement for approval

Hey everyone! I am looking for CC's like regalia gold/sapphiro (LTF only), mainly for lounge access benefits with approvals based on CAS statement

I don’t have salary slips or ITR, but I do have over ₹35 lakhs invested in mutual funds and equities (held via brokers like Groww, reflected in CAS statement), and my CIBIL score is 806

So any advice on which banks are more open to this kind of profile and how I should approach them?
