Can cashback settle outstanding (outstanding is < 1k, cashback is 1k)? Bill date is a few weeks away

Its 45days for the statement date.

HDFC also has this 45 days, but they credit within 1-2 days mostly, wondering if same for HSBC

Credited 2-3 days after statement generation, gets adjusted towards outstanding

Gets credited with in 2-3 days of statement generation date. You can also adjust the cashback amount while paying the bill ( got oficially confirmed from hsbc)

I usually get it the next day of the Statement generation if it's not a weekend or Bank Holiday, Cashback is adjusted towards the Statment outstanding, Just pay the Outstanding minus the Cashback amount
