Leave Travel Allowance

My understanding of it:

--When you travel to multiple cities you are only allowed to claim the travel cost to/from the city that is furthest away from your resident city (See section: Claiming LTC for multi-destination travel)
--When the destination is connected by trains If the destination is connected by trains, the exempted cost would be the fare of AC first class train ticket for the shortest route whether the journey has been taken by train or not* (See section: Eligible travel fares for LTC exemption)

* or the actual travel cost if the actual travel cost is lesser. In the case of the Maharajahs' Express it won't be lesser

So realistically, the amount you can claim would be equal to the cost of an AC first class train ticket from your residence to the furthest point on the Maharajahs' Express circuit

P.S. Not a tax expert, this is my interpretation
