KrisFlyer Just Got a Game-Changer: Scoot Rewards with an Award Chart!

Singapore Airlines has just dropped some exciting news for KrisFlyer members — Scoot now has its own award chart!

Until now, KrisFlyer miles could be used on Scoot flights, but only to offset cash fares. That meant poor value for your hard-earned miles. Today, things have changed — you can now redeem Saver and Advantage awards on Scoot, unlocking some truly incredible sweet spots.

What is Scoot Airlines?

For those unfamiliar, Scoot is a low-cost carrier (LCC) under the Singapore Airlines group.

Fleet includes modern Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners and Airbus A320s.

Even though it’s an LCC, Scoot offers a comfortable experience — especially on their Dreamliners.

I’ve flown them multiple times over the years, and for a budget airline, they’re impressive.

Scoot’s India Connections

Scoot currently operates from several Indian cities:

Amritsar

Chennai

Coimbatore

Thiruvananthapuram

Tiruchirapalli

Visakhapatnam

This opens up some fantastic redemption opportunities to connect via Singapore to destinations worldwide.
