Kotak White Card - anyone facing redemption issues?

I recently was offered Kotak White Card however even after completing the milestones, I am not receiving any sms/email communication. I am not able to access the 'white pass' for redemption. Has anyone else faced a similar issue?

I checked with customer care the problem they a handful folks for extra or u due credit or white pass and now bank want to recover that amount.

Do no know when they will be able to do so.

But July end is what cc is telling now.

i have successfully redeemed the white pass in March this year! haven't used it after that. is there a similar problem now?
