Kotak is sending physical dc without authorisation

I have a Kotak811 account past many years. Today, I received a physical debit card without any prior authorisation from myself. My virtual card is going to expire in the coming months. Kotak has upgraded my virtual to physical one, I am not sure how & why?

Are you facing similar kind of audacity for Kotak811 account?

Or account migration to super?

Account variant was same -- zero balance. Still they didn't charge me but I am anticipating the charges soon.
