So that means next year those customers from whom 399 was taken for Infinity Metal DC this year must pay 999 to continue Super program at the annual renewal time? They can't downgrade to PVC variant and choose 399 only to continue Super?

I’m not sure, bhai and honestly, no one is except the bank as this is 1st year for metal DC. But I’m certain about one thing:

Both are different customer categories.

For example, I’m a PVC holder. If I upgrade to a metal debit card, then I have to pay ₹4999 + GST for the card and ₹399 for the program. It’s not free for me, and the program doesn’t cost ₹999 like it does for Infinity customers.

Card will be paid for me forever as I am regular 811 super customer.

I'm not sure if there is any provision for downgrading. If there is, he should get written confirmation from PNO, because as far as I know, accounts opened with ₹81100 in funding are mapped to Infinity customers, not regular 811 Super customers.

This year 399+GST will be taken as part of Super program before 1st Oct, but I feel next year onwards they will start taking 999+GST for 811 Infinity Metal debit card holders to remain in Super program. Hope they have a downgrade path to 811 PVC card then where customers can pay lower to remain in the Super program. Suddenly the Metal DC features (BOGO, Zomato dining) have already become unattractive once I have learned they are not permanent features but "introductory offers". 🙄0 forex is already gone.
