On 1st July - I mailed them regarding freeze and further removal of the same.

On 2nd July - they replied back stating they will revert back after investigation

On 9th july - they reverted back that the freeze is removed.

You can't figure out mcc using kotak DC, kotak didn't give authority or I say "option" to check mcc of transactions to customer care executives.
