I have a Question, I can't access kotak 811 app coz my mobile has 2 crn's apparently. (Mine and my ex's with whom I am not in touch with anymore)

So I use normal kotak app(old and new) which doesn't have the diamond thing to see cashback.

I am not sure how 811 works nowadays but few months back kotak used to automatically give cashback for eligible spends next month around 18th.

Now do we have to claim the cashback or kotak still auto claims the cashback next month? Remember, I don't have access to kotak 811 exclusive app because of 2crn's issue.
Same issue with me, I have 3 account linked to single no so unable to login kotak 811 after communicating with customer care they advised to change no and I do then only I got the cashback in one account but still no received in another 2 account (due same no). From August month cashback won't be credited automatically as per my understanding.
