Posting my response here for everyone, because this is a proper case and would benefit others as well.


Little bit of back story:
EliteUser is basically fighting for his may and june cashback, he didn't got cashback of any month despite fulfilling all the points.

But there is one major issue..as I noticed EliteUser emails to kotak PNO. Kotak actually deducted super fees 2 times.

One 300 in May, and another 399 in July 2nd.

As per kotak PNO, super program started on 2nd of July in EliteUser account not in May 2025. (Weird 🤔)

That explains why he didn't got the cashback for may and june, since he was not into super program by that time (as per Kotak records).

Let's come to: What he needs to do, firstly @EliteUser , don't waste your time fighting with PNO regarding cashback. You are not eligible for it (as per Kotak records).

You should actually fight for this: "Why there are 2 deductions of super program fee, that too with a gap of 2 months?"

Kotak deducted 300 in May, but they didn't start super program in your account, why? I don't know neither you nor anyone in TF.

Due to this you lost 2 months of cashback (500+500). This is fault of Kotak, or I say "technical glitch" in their language.

You are lucky, that you had already asked this to PNO as why there are 2 deductions and you seek for refund. But they were clueless here. Well, just do this:

- Download bank statement, which has this 2 times deduction entry,

- Download that particular email response which is about this 2 separate deductions.

-Create a ticket on RBIO and submit both email response and bank statement.

You will waste so much energy explaining this exact thing to Kotak. Instead, go for RBI and in money dispute put 1000 + 399 and in compensation for mental agony put 10000.

1000 is your 2 months cashback and 399 is your 2nd July subscription fees, both needs to be refunded and you should have super program activated, make sure to check that.

Idk if you will get compensation or not, but ₹1000 for sure as the fault is due to kotak. This is first time, I am hearing this type of stupid case where they didn't activate the subscription.

Lotak for a reason.

Definitely transact again bhai, don't rely on that tracker. It's still fairly new, I wonder if you complain in future. Customer care might say that aesa tracker toh kuch nhi hai hamare pass, aapne galat dekh liya 🤣🤣

There is a point, copy-pasted for you

"Please note that any reversal of bank-initiated debit transactions or ActivMoney credit transactions will not be considered qualifying transactions."
