Itna panic kyu kar rhe hai sab? First time hai kya sabka?

Jab diamond icon nhi tha, toh bhi toh cashback aata tha na, maine saare genuine transactions kiye hai (as per MCCs). For me also, it shows same.

But that diamond icon doesn't mean, you won't get anything.

It's still in beta phase, in fact whole kotak 811 app is in beta phase. We are still getting multiple updates and big onces.

Same issue, but mine was geniune offline transaction. So I think it's just a bug. After cashback are credited it'll change to ₹500.
