New update:
1. Diamond button 💎 to view cashback tracker now added on home screen, at the top beside Add money option.
2. In the cashback tracker now current month (July) is a little greyed to imply that cashback is in progress/not credited.
3. Pay bills is now live. 1% cashback on bill payments in different categories including credit card and other utility bill bill payments. Payment method is UPI.

Max cashback per txn : ₹20
Max cashback per category: ₹60 (₹20 x 3 times)
Max cashback per month: ₹250

I am liking all these quality of life updates with Kotak811 account. Hope they keep improving from here onwards. I was pretty skeptical before opening a Kotak account since it did not hold a good track record. Its still plagued with the infamous debit freeze cases but I believe most of these cases seem to be user error. Nevertheless hoping to see more improvements, in the CC department too.

Nah, I didn't got cash for last 2months. Their CC is clueless about the issue. Till the time app works fine and no false deduction, It is very good experience. But as soon as there is problem like freeze issue or cashback issue, They don't give a damn. I have been following up with their grievance team since last 1 month without any resolution (even Level 3 resolution is hopeless).
